Beneteau Oceanis 38.1 is a bit shorter than Elan Impression 40 (11,90 m), but is also a perfect choice for 6 people. It is possible to make two additional berths in the saloon, so you can always bring more friends or skippers with you. Oceanis 38.1 has an elegant white deck without wooden surface and with large saloon and master room windows. The platform is easy to get up and down, so the boat entrance is accessible. It is located two steps below cockpit and is smaller from the one in previously described Elan model, but big enough to chill in the bay. She has an impressive, huge cockpit ideal for day sailing or fun in the evening hours. In the cabin entrance there is an arch which has blue and white LED lights, and therefore beautifully enlightens French entrance door. The interior is light and airy. A lot of light gets in through roof, side windows and additional ones made at the hull of the boat. Saloon is spacious with big foldaway table, with extra storage room inside. Navigating table is foldaway and within seats in the saloon. That is not the case with the other boats on this list. In the master cabin, shower is separated from the toilet, so getting ready for dinner on the mainland will be much quicker than one on the other boats. The platform is very easy to lower and raise, and by raising it you get two deep lockers to save masks, fins and other bathing equipment. Compared to its predecessors, this model has improved standard equipment and redesigned roof with windows which give more light in the master cabin on the front.
