Hints & Tips

Electric panel

Control panel + Main switches

Particular functions are marked next to every switch on the panel and explained by our skippers during the check-in.

Main switches are located near captain's table.

By turning off service switch all the electricity on board shuts down. The possibility is primarily used in an emergency situation, for example in case of fire.

Fuses and shore power

LEDS near every switch indicate whether the particular device is on or not.
Make sure to check the shore power connection by checking the 220 V (blue MAINS ON) light on the panel. Please connect to the shore power cable whenever you have the opportunity.

Windlass fuse

Is located under the bed in the front cabin.

Please make sure that all devices connected to the inverter should be used only as long as necessary, for example, until the mobile battery is charged, after which it should be immediately disconnected. Keep in mind that inverter consumes the electricity even if there is no device connected to it, so in order to preserve energy, please switch it off after every usage.

Emergency fuel cutoff valve

It is to be used in case of an emergency (fire).

It is located in engine compartment ( under floor in the saloon).

Toilets are equipped with the electric pumps. In each toilet, there are 2 buttons - by pushing the lower button the water goes in and out of the bowl at the same time. If you push the upper button to the left, water will only go in the bowl. If you push it to the right, water will only go out.

Make sure both seacocks are open when using the toilet. After the usage, please close both of them.

Seacocks are located under the floor next to the toilet.

Engine and engine control panel

All engines are regularly maintained by our mechanics.
Nevertheless, to be sure it is working properly, check the oil and water levels regularly, as well as inspecting the engine visually.
The procedure of controlling the engine will be elaborated by our skippers during the check-in.

2. Switch on the electric contact (turn the keys on right side in position 1).
3. Turning the key further right, the engines will start
4. Pressing the N switch on gear lever you start the neutral mode.
It is necessary for the engines to run at least 15 minutes in the neutral mode (for heating purposes), before engaging the clutches.

1. Turn the keys complete on the left side.
Please return the gear lever to the neutral position before shutting down the engine.

Bow thruster

To engage the bow thruster, push ON button. Maximum usage is for 10 seconds. Longer usage will cause the damage on the fuse, and you will not be able to use it before replacing the fuse.

Navigation instruments

Exterior instruments

During the check-in, our skippers will explain the basic functions of all instruments. For more in-depth information you can consult user manual which is located in one of the cupboards in the galley.

Chartplotter & Autopilot

It is located in a saloon near the wheel and the user manual is in the same folder with other manuals.

Anchor and chain compartment + Electric windlass

It is recommended to release the anchor manually, because sometimes during the anchoring maneuver the winch might be too slow considering the speed of the moving boat.
During the maneuver please attach the compartment hatch to the fence using the provided rope with the hook. Please make sure that the anchor doesn't hit the bow during anchoring procedure.
When the anchor is not in use, attach it to the bollard as a safety measure.

Deck and dinghy

Cockpit shower

The boat is equipped with cockpit shower.
Please pull out the hose with care to avoid damage.
After the use check whether the tap is closed.

Dinghy is stored in cockpit floor storage.

If there is water in the bilge, the floating switch starts the pump.

Safety equipment

Lifejackets & Liferaft

All lifejackets will be in the salon during check-in ready for your inspection, so please during the check out leave them in the same place so we can check them.
